Event Name: Full Tilt Boogie

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket for or attending Full Tilt Boogie (“the Event”), you (“the Attendee”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not attend the Event.

2. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

  • Tickets must be presented upon entry; no admittance without a valid ticket.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to treat others with respect and behave responsibly.

  • Harassment, aggression, or intoxication beyond reasonable limits will result in removal from the Event without refund.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual at their discretion.

4. Safety Clause

  • Our highest priority is the safety and well-being of all attendees, staff, and performers at Full Tilt Boogie.

  • Attendees must comply with all safety protocols, health regulations, and instructions issued by staff or emergency personnel at all times.

  • In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all evacuation or safety procedures without delay.

  • By attending the Event, you assume full responsibility for any risks to your health or safety, and you release the Organizer from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed at the Event:​

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Bad attitudes

6. Media Release

  • The Event may be recorded, filmed, or photographed for promotional purposes.

  • By entering the venue, you grant the Organizer full rights to use your image, likeness, and voice in event media without compensation or notice.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • The schedule, lineup, and programming are subject to change without notice.

8. By attending, you are agreeing to.​

  • The terms and conditions, and that you will sign the weiver before entering the grounds
