Full Tilt Boogie & CAMPING LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being allowed to participate in and attend Full Tilt Boogie and camping activities (the “Event”), I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I acknowledge that participation in motorcycle riding, camping, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, collisions, wildlife encounters, inclement weather, terrain hazards, equipment failure, and actions of other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability:
   I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive, release, and discharge the Event organizers, sponsors, landowners, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of any injury, damage, loss, or death I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Event.

3. Medical Consent:
   I authorize the Event organizers and their representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred due to such treatment.

4. Campground and Venue Rules:
   I agree to comply with all campground and event rules, including fire safety, quiet hours, and any alcohol or drug policies. Failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the Event without a refund

5. Media Release:
   I grant permission for the use of my image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videos, or recordings from the Event for promotional or archival purposes.

6. Indemnification:
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and affiliated parties from any liability, claims, demands, or legal actions brought as a result of my participation in the Event.
